Noviare Shipping Policy

At Noviare, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. That’s why we keep our shipping process simple and transparent. All orders within the United Kingdom come with free shipping no minimum spend required.

Order Confirmation

After you finalize your order you will get a confirmation email. Our system now shows your order as registered and our team has initiated the processing of your order. 

Order Tracking 

The tracking code will reach your email address during the first 24 hours after your package exits our warehouse. 

Delivery Details 

The following table shows the standard delivery times for all shipping options we provide:

  • Orders placed before 15:00 GMT (Mon–Fri) are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 15:00 GMT are processed the next business day. 
  • The processing time for this service requires 1-2 business days from Monday through Saturday.

  • Standard delivery takes 7–14 working days. Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Costs 

Worldwide delivery on all orders. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge.There is no minimum order quantity.

For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by Noviare as stated in our Refund Policy.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please do not panic.The system allows tracking code usage and accepts up to two extra days for delivery. Contact us with your order number when your package fails to arrive. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

Did you get your package but it arrived in a damaged state or contained items that were not what you ordered (such as a different size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue and explain the problem in a few words while reaching out to us with your order number. We do offer a free replacement shipment for the damaged/incorrect order.
